Education:Booth earned her bachelors in math amd her PhD in applied mathematics from the University of London. Alot of her knowledge was then learned from experience and actively working with computers.
Contributions to Computer Science:Booth wrote the very first assembly language and also designed the assembler and autocode for Birkbeck College's frist computer system.
